By purchasing a share of Ter-Lee Gardens CSA, I agree to the terms of this membership agreement:

• to familiarize myself with the CSA operations.
• to keep track of pickup dates and times.
• commit to picking up my share and understand that if I, or someone I designate, is unable to pick up my share, it may be donated to Food Shelf, etc. after the pickup period.
• CSA members share in the inherent risks of growing local food on a sustainable scale (i.e. poor weather, pest damage, etc.) and the rewards (fresh, plentiful, local and sustainably grown vegetables and fruits, and being a part of a caring community).
• Ter-Lee Gardens plans for these challenges by growing extra crops and by working with the weather and the land for optimal production.
• understand that there is no guarantee on the exact type and/or amounts of produce I will receive in my share, since all is season/weather dependent.
• By participating in the CSA, I am supporting local farmers and my local food system in the most direct and effective way possible. I am supporting my own health as well as that of the economy and the environment.
